Prescription Support
Your Blue Charm card may provide access to savings on eligible medications. Even if your medication is not covered today, new programs and medications are added regularly. Provide your Blue Charm card to your pharmacy and ask them to keep it on file.
Medication Reminders
Stay on track with your treatment by receiving reminders when it’s time to refill your medication. To ensure you receive these reminders and other important updates, please enable notifications for the Blue Charm app after downloading it.
Share Your Experience
Complete short surveys when available about your health, treatment, and quality of life. Your feedback helps your healthcare provider and organizations better understand your needs and supports improvements in patient care.
Education & Support
Access personalized resources, reminders, and updates designed to support you between clinic visits. As new programs become available, you’ll be notified about surveys, educational content, and other opportunities to help you better understand your condition, support your treatment journey, and share valuable feedback with your healthcare team.
How It Works
Getting started with Blue Charm is simple
Provide your Blue Charm card information to your pharmacy and ask them to save it to your profile.
Download the Blue Charm app (you can complete the following steps before visiting your pharmacy).
Create your Blue Charm account.
Add your Blue Charm card information, including your Certificate Number and Policy Number.
Visit the Activities tab and complete the Welcome to Blue Charm modules to learn more about your benefits, available features and educational resources.
Save your Blue Charm card to your phone’s digital wallet. Simply go to the Programs tab, select your card, and choose Save to Wallet.
You’ll receive medication refill reminders, important updates, and notifications about new programs and benefits that may become available to you. Ensure you turn on the notifications for the app.
